Multiprotocol monitoring system that continuously provides information on the status and level of use of the
hardware, the conditions of the environment in which it operates and the condition of the network to which it is
connected. In addition to open standards, such as SNMP, http and XML, which currently work on new devices,
DeviceMonitorSM supports Sony's ISR, VDCP, PJCP, plasma and LCD displays, as well as the hardware of other major
manufacturers.
DeviceMonitorSM represents an important advance in monitoring capacity in a stand-alone application and now includes
the systematic monitoring of network connection services, such as Internet services, and e-mail and databases.
DeviceMonitorSM shows the status of the equipment from one place. It helps to track equipment information, to
configure routine maintenance and scheduled maintenance, to set
thresholds for warnings that prioritize according to severity, and to analyze trends and use while issuing scheduled
reports to update decision-makers.
SystemWatch SM
If you want to make the most of Sony's M2M feature and prefer Sony to monitor, Sony SystemWatchSM is undoubtedly the
best choice. It is the ideal solution for the uninterrupted daily operations fundamental for the business. From our
Network Operations Center we can constantly monitor the state of the ecosystem, including the operation of critical
systems, data networks and environmental conditions that can affect performance. The SystemWatchSM service uses
software to monitor devices and network connections, in addition to uninterrupted remote management "live" over IP
networks.
